Things of mine to see:
I'm stupid. I bought an expensive keyboard for my computer. To be exact, a $40 keyboard. The awesome part, though, is that it glows! It has blue LEDs under the keys. Also, it's rather heavy, heavy enough that I can comfortably rest my palms on the wrist rest and not move the keyboard around. It's definitely an upgrade from the IBM M series I was using (The IBM M Series was made in '95 and has mechanical switches), and it's several times quieter. The one I got was the Saitek Eclipse in blue.
It's nice, but I really shouldn't have bought it. I should have saved my money to buy a monitor for my computer. $200 is a lot for me to save up quickly, considering I get paid about $8 a week for the paper route that I want to quit, $10 a week in allowance, sometimes opportunities to do housework for money, and absolutely no source of income outside of that. I want to get a job in retail somewhere along the line. I want to avoid working in "food service" if at all possible. Since I can do enough math to estimate tax and give change, I would think it shouldn't be too hard to get a job as a cashier. I still think that the main reason that I didn't get the job at Best Buy was because of my age, which is really screwy. That and my strange schedule, having from 6 to close on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and all day on the weekends...
Whatever, though. That's the past, and while I know I shouldn't dwell on it, I always do. Sometimes I wonder what would have happened if I'd made different choices, but who doesn't? What if I had never decided to come to terms with my therianthropy? What if I had never told Miss Allen about 'me'? Unfortunately for me, these sort of questions pose themselves to me on a regular basis. All I can say is that right now, I think I am in a fairly good place and I know I couldn't have gotten here if things happened differently.
Anyways, now that I've shown I spend too much money on flashy items, have no job, and doubt my decisions years after I made them, I think I'll let you all move on with whatever it was you were doing before reading this somehow crossed your mind.
